3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data (including IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type) to ensure secure and stable delivery. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). As Vercel is a US provider, a transfer to the USA may occur; this is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

To deliver contact requests, we additionally use the FormSubmit service (see Section 6).

Note: The learning and training platform provided by Grownio itself runs on servers in Germany. This statement relates exclusively to this marketing website.

4. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the "Poppins" font, which is embedded locally on our server. No connections to Google servers or other third parties are established, and no personal data is transferred to third parties in the process.

5. Cookies & web analytics (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of how the website is used (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, approximate region of origin, device used). The information generated is generally transmitted to and processed on a Google server.

Consent required: Google Analytics is only loaded and activated after you have expressly consented via our cookie notice ("Accept all"). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG).

IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 truncates or anonymizes IP addresses and does not store full IP addresses permanently.
Transfer to third countries: A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition.
Retention period: The retention period we have set in Google Analytics for user-related data is a maximum of 14 months.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer or by deleting the cookies in your browser.

6. Contact form

When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, and optionally company, phone number, area of interest and your message) in order to handle your request and contact you.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as the initiation of a contractual relationship / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Retention period: We store the data until your request has been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Processing of form delivery: For the technical delivery of the form message to our mailbox, we use the service FormSubmit (FormSubmit.co). When you submit the form, the data you entered is transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards the message to us by email. The provider is a service with servers located in the USA; a transfer of personal data to the USA may occur. According to its own statements, FormSubmit does not store form content permanently but uses it solely for one-time delivery. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. More information: formsubmit.co.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
